Team description

Queen Margaret’s Schoolはブリティッシュコロンビア州バンクーバー島にある小規模な学校です。ラグビープログラムはごく最近、2017年に始まりました。昨年は、州選手権で優勝するという学校にとって大変大きな成果を収めました。これまでラグビーの歴史が長い学校や、より多くの生徒を抱える学校と対戦してきましたが、この優勝を契機に当校でのラグビー人気が高まっています。サニックスワールドユースラグビー交流大会に参加することで、当校のラグビー活動はさらに発展するでしょう。

Queen Margaret’s School is a small school on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Rugby started just a few short years ago in 2017. Last year was a remarkable success for our school, winning a provincial championship. We had to play schools that had a long history of playing rugby at their schools. We also played school that had much larger student populations. Rugby is growing at our school due to this recent success. Participating in the SANIX tournament will help grow the game at our school

サニックスワールドラグビーユース交流大会のような素晴らしい大会に招待いただき、大変光栄に思います。世界トップクラスの輝かしい選手たちと肩を並べてプレーできること、フィールド内外で新しいつながりを作れること、そして、日本を訪れてその地で試合ができることを、皆心から楽しみにしています。

To be invited to such a prestigious tournament like SANIX is a huge honour. We are excited to play with and amongst some of the best and brightest in the world, while making new connections on and off the field. We are also super excited to visit and play in Japan.
